On motion ordered that Wm Buckner the reputed father of Carol Loyd begotten on the body of Catherine Loyd pay unto her the said Catherine 5 pounds annual to commence from the time of the said child being one year old. At the same time he entered into bond eith Henry Lutz in the sum of one hundred pounds to perform the above order. Also to keep the county from maintaining the child.
