15-June-1801.   Indenture made this 15th day of June 1801, between JAMES BAILEY of Orange County and William Strayhorn of the same county, for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred pounds to him in hand paid, for a tract of land, being part of the tract granted to William Kennaday, grant No. 319, dated sometime in the year 1780 and containing one hundred acres.
