DIED: In Lumberton, on the 15th October, of consumption, Mr. CONDARY GODWIN, aged 37 years.

Steve LOWRY, the last survivor of the notorious band of Robeson County, N. C., outlaws, was instantly killed in the upper part of Robinson County, by three citizens. He was tuning his banjo preparatory to playing for some wagoners, when three shots were fired at him, taking effect in his head, and killing him instantly.
