Notice Of Final Proof

September 24, 1883

Notice is hereby given that the following named settler has filed notice of his intention to make final proof in support of his claim and secure final entry thereof on the 26 of November, 1883, viz, Peter Mathews, H. E. No. 11710, for the S E of sec 30, TP 145 N, R 54 W, and names the following as his witnesses, viz:  Martin Peterson, Gurtar Adolph Gunkel, Otto Tenbuer, Frank Splett, all of Steele County, D. T. the testimony to be taken before W. P. Miller, clerk of district court, at Hope, Steele County, D. T., on the 17 of November, 1883, at his office.

Rudshaugen, D./S. No. 10404 for the S W Qr of Sec 10, TP 147N, R 56 W, and names the following as his witnesses, viz:  Edward Olson, Peter H. Leslie, Christian O. Sefrud, Hans E. Hougthret, all of Newburg, Steele County, D. T.; the testimony to be taken before John Flittie, a notary public at Mayville, Traill County, D. T., on the 17 of December, 1883, at his office.
