To Emma M. Gray, non-resident defendant:
You are hereby notified that on the 15th day of March, 1899, William F. Gray filed a petition against you in the District Court of Custer Co. Nebraska, the object and prayer of which are to obtain a divorce from you, on the ground that you have willfully abandoned the plaintiff without good cause for the term of two years last past. You are required to answer said petiton on or before Monday, the 24th day of April, 1899.

You are hereby notiied that on the 14th day of April,1900.  Eldorado Skinner filed a petition against you in the District Court of Custer Co., Nebraska, the object and prayer of which said petition are to obtain a divorce from you on the grounds that you have wilfully abandoned the plaintiff without just cause for the term o more than two years last past.

You are required to answer said petition on or before Monday, the 28th day of May, 1900.

To John A. Wellet non resident defendant. You are hereby notified that on the 5th day of July, 1900 Clara B. Wellett filed a petition against you in the District Court of Custer county Nebraska the object and prayer of which are to obtain a divorce from you on the ground that soon after the date of your marriage with plaintiff, to wit on or about May 1st 1890 you were guilty of extensive cruelty toward plaintiff without any cause or provocation on her part.  That at said date you, without cause called plaintiff vile names, swore at her and being intoxicated and highly enraged otherwise mistreated and abused plaintiff.  That at many times since said last named date and continuing up until the present time you have been guilty of extreme cruelty toward plaintiff.  Plaintiff further asks to be awarded the case, custody and control of the child Elliott age 3 1/2 years the issue of said Marriage and for such other relief as may be just and equitable.  You are required to answer said petition on or before Monday the 13 day of August, 1900.

Notice to non resident defendant:
To Matilda Zoerb you are hereby notified that on the 21st day of April 1900, Philip Zoerb filed a petition against you in the district court of Custer County Nebraska, the object and prayer of which are to obtain a divorce from you on the grounds that you willfully disregarded the marriage contract and refused to live with plaintiff and was guilty of cruel treatment of plaintiff by calling him vile and wicked names without any cause or provocation on part of plaintiff.  You are required to answer said petition on or before Monday the 18th day of June 1900.
