TERMS OF SALE:  On all sums of Ten Dollars and over ten months time will be given, on approved security with interest at ten percent.  if Monday is stormy so the sale can not be held, it will be held on the following Saturday, February 17th.

I will sell at public auction, at my farm, one and one half miles north and one half mile west of Walworth bridge, beginning at 10 a.m. sharp, on Saturday, August 18, 1900 the following described property to wit:  thirty head of cattle, consisting of 3 milch cows, with calves by side, and six to have calves this fall, seven to have calves in the spring, one 2 year old bull, 5 yearling steers, and the rest is young stock; 10 head of horses from sucking colt up to work team; 24 head of shoats and 5 old sows; farm implements and household goods, 20 tons of millet hay, also straw stacks.  Free lunch at noon.
