KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That CHAS E. BRERETON, GEORGIA A. BRERETON and LOUISE BRERETON, all single of District of Columbia in consideration of One 00/100 ($1.00) Dollar, in hand paid, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto ESTHER L. CARTER, of Douglas County State of Nebraska the following described real estate, situate in the county of Douglas and State of Nebraska, to wit: Lot number eleven (11) in Block number three (3) O'Neils Sub Division of Lowes second addition to the City of Omaha as surveyed platted and recorded, subject to the 1908 county taxes and subsequent taxes, together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same belonging, and all the estate title, downer, right of homestead, claim or demand whatsoever of the said CHAS. E. BRERETON, GEORGIA A. BRERETON and LOUISE BRERETON of, in, or to the same, or any part thereof;

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said ESTHER L. CARTER and to her heirs and assigns forever; and we the said CHAS E. BRERETON, GEORGIA A. BRERETON and LOUISE BRERETON for ourselves and our heirs, executors and administrators, do covenant with the said ESTHER L. CARTER and with her heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from incumbrance except as above stated that we have good right and lawful authority to sell the same and that we will and our heirs, executors, and administrators shall warrant and defend the same unto the said ESTHER L. CARTER and her heirs and assigns forever, against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
