As I am going to quit farming, I will sell at the old Vivian Polan farm, 3 miles southwest of Taylor on
MONDAY
SEPTEMBER 8th, 1919
commencing at 2 p.m., the following described property to wit:



4 HEAD OF HORSES 4
consisting of:
1 black mare, 8 years old, weight 1,350 pounds
1 black horse, 5 years old, weight 1,400 pounds
1 sorrel horse, 5 years old, weight 1,200 pounds
1 bay colt coming two years old

8 HEAD OF CATTLE 8
consisting of:
4 good milch cows, two giving milk now
3 yearling heifers
1 high bred Polled Durham bull, one year old

HARNESS, ETC.
consisting of
1 set 1 1/2 inch work harness, good as new
1 Collins and Morris saddle, three quarter rig, 15 inch tree and 15 inch back swell, brand new
1 light stock saddle

15 HEAD OF SHOATS 15
These shoats will average 160 pounds

FARM MACHINERY, ETC.
consisting of
1 Rock Island tongueless lister
1 P and O. tongue lister
1 Osborne 16x16 disc
2 riding cultivators
1 John Deere two row go devil

Terms of Sale- All sums of $10 and under, cash.  On amounts over $10 a credit of 12 months will be given on bankable notes bearing ten per cent intrest from date until paid.  Settlement must be made before property is removed.
