Garrison, Clyde
Dies Following Accident
Ashland Man Fatally Hurt in Truck Overturning

Wahoo, (AP) – Clyde Garrison, about 26, of Ashland, was injured fatally and Ivan Johnson, about 27, of Wahoo, was injured seriously in a motor truck accident at the edge of town here Monday night.
Garrison died in a Wahoo hospital two hours after the accident from a crushed chest and internal injuries. Johnson suffered body bruises and shock, and physicians said his condition was not [sic] critical.
The truck in which the men were riding went over an embankment on a highway No. 77 curve and overturned several times in a deep ditch. Garrison is survived by his wife. He was connected with the Ashland Dead Animal service.

Gray, George
George Gray of Wahoo, incurably insane, died in the county jail, where he has languished for two long years.

Greer, Sadie Former Head of Pythians Dies
Mrs. Sadie Greer, 40, a past grand chief of the Pythian Sisters, died at her home at Cedar Bluffs at 11 o’clock Monday night, according to word received here Tuesday. She was the widow of Clarence Greer and formerly lived at Wilber and DeWitt before moving to Cedar Bluffs two years ago where she had charge of the telephone office.
Surviving are three children, Gertrude, Grace and Graham, all at home; and two sisters, Mrs. Bert Overcash of Lincoln and Mrs. Anna Hendricks of DeWitt. Funeral services will be held at Cedar Bluffs at 10 o’clock Thursday morning and at 3 o’clock in the afternoon at Wilber. Interment will be in Wilber.
