1660 Fisherman's Troubles: Stephen Ford &
Richard Endell owned their stages in common and Mr Edmund Packard
trespassed on them. Witnesses: Edward Ball (servant of Ford), Elias
Bickford, Thomas Snelling, Mr Christopher, Benedict Oliver
21 Jun 1661 Witnesses
to a bill of sale (deed) from Stephen Ford to Richard Endle.
Witnesses: Arthur Clapporne, Robert Taprill, Fortunatus Home,
Michael Endle, John Davis & John Redman
1664 Administration of
William Urin's estate granted to 4 merchants was declared illegal.
Mr Jonathon Wade, Capt Brian Pendleton, Mr Richard Cutt &
Nathaniel Fryer (merchants who took fish which belonged to the
estate) VS the following: Olikver Fox, George Kelly, Thomas Garman,
Edward Kock, James Payne, Simon Newcom & John Hoskins

Cases in Jun 1673. William Urin case deposed. William Oliver, his
master at the Shoals, wife had liberty to milk the cow of Philip
Odihorne wherever she could find her. Edward Holland came out to us
among fish flakes while we were seeking the cow, found near Mr
Belcher's house. William Sealey, Andrew Diamond & Michael Endell
(appears they are witnesses to this). Roger Kelly brought suit
against Lewis Tucker for reporting that Mark Row, Edward Holland
& John Badston were drinking and lay drunk at his house in his
cabins. Peter Twisden issued the writ, Michael Endell, constable
served it and Nicholas Tucker went bail.

02 Aug 1674 Inquest of
Walter Wakeham; Jury: John Hunkings, Walter Mathews, Roger Kelly,
Henry Meane, Michaell Endell, Hugh Allward, Edward Vittery, Richard
Endell, John More, Christopher Jose, Lewis Tucker & John Light.
Verdict--went into water of his own free will and was drowned
2 Dec 1677 Isles of
Shoals Government. Walter Randell admitted he was in the combination
at the Shoals, and had signed it, and that William Chinicke wrote
the names of those that could not write. John Purington, William
Chinicke & John Clarke are signed as bondsman, witness Nicholas
Heskins
31 Dec 1677
Inquest of William Taylor. Mr Taylor was struck with a broom handle
on 25 Dec by John WInsland and died 30 Dec. Roger Dari was passing
the house of Mr John Hunkins, went up in the chamber and brought
down John Winsland. He was not accused by the jury nor indicted by
the grand jury. Witnesses were William Puggy, Thomas Luckes, Lazerus
Peverle, Richard Ambrose. Commissioners were: Peter Twisden, John
Febens, John Hunkins. The jury was James Gibbens, Edward Vettery,
Michell Endell, James Blackden, William Oliver, Peter Lewes, Philip
Odiorne, William Diamond, John Oliver, Henry Meane, Edward Gould
& Robert Tomms
