Black Jalapeno Onion

Black Jalapeño Onion

¼ tsp butter or marjarine

½ tsp black pepper

1 Jalapeno pepper

*1 Onion

Foil 

Cut a hole in the top of the onion big enough to insert the jalapeno pepper in.

Cut the top of the pepper, remove seeds and vain.

Insert into the hole in the onion  punch holes through the pepper into the body of the onion.  

Pour black pepper into the jalapeno, place butter on top of the pepper. 

Wrap the onion in foil and place in the back of the grill pepper side up.

Cook until tender and enjoy.

* Not into onions, replace the onion with a potatoe.
