Dilly Bread

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup cottage cheese

1 TBS minced onion

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp soda

2tsp dill seed

1 TBS butter

cook all these together, set off to cool, now 1 pkg yeast and 1/4 cup warm water

when cool, mix together and add 1 egg and 21/2 cup flour, and let rise til doubled, then punch down and allow to rise again. Put into two loaf pans that you grease and then bake in 325 oven for 45-50 minutes, brush with butter, cool and slice.
