Mint Surprise Cookies

Mint Surprise Cookies

Ingredients:

Flour 2 cups

Salt 1/2 tsp spoon

Soda 1tsp

Cream Butter 1 cup

Sugar 1 cup

Brown Sugar 1/2 cup

Stir together, 3 cups flour, 1/2 t salt, 1 tsp soda.

Cream Butter (1 Cup) add gradually (1 cup) sugar and (1/2) cup brown sugar, cream items well, blend 2 eggs, unbeaten, 2TBS water; 1 tsp vanilla; beat well then add dry ingredients; mix, cover then put in the refirig for 2 hours.

Open package of mint wafers, enclose wafer in 1 TBSP of chilled dough, placed on greased baking sheet 2" apart

Bake 350 degrees 10-12 minutes
