Sweet Potatoes pudding, Unknown lady from our cookbook 1829.


1/4 lb boiled Sweet Potatoes

3 Eggs

1/4 lb White Sugar

1/4 lb Butter

1 glass of mixed wine and Wine & Brandy

1/2 glass Rose Water

1 teaspoon mixed spice of Nutmeg, Mace and Cinnamon
