HAVILAND, WILLIAM W.

     Letters of administration have been issued in surrogate court to Josephine S. Henry of Geneva on the $30,000 estate of her father, William W. Haviland who died in Geneva on December 25.

LEROY, JAMES S.

James S. LeRoy who died in Geneva on November 27, left a will in which he named his wife, Mary B. LeRoy as executer and sole legatee.

MILLER, ADAM S.

A transfer tax appraisal filed in surrogate court today shows that Adam S. Miller, late of Phelps, left a gross estate of $11,486.72. From this was deducted $431 in debts, commissions and expenses, leaving $10,955.72, all of which passes to the widow, Araminta Miller of Phelps. A transfer tax of $59.55 was levied on this estate.

O誰EIL, CATHERINE

Walter A. O誰eill of Denver, Colo. Qualified today as executer of the will of his mother Catherine O誰eill who died in Victor October 9, leaving an estate valued at $7,000.
A bequest of $200 is made to St. Patrick痴 church of Victor and the pastor of that church is given $50 to be used for masses for testator and her husband. The executor is also directed to erect a monument on the O誰eill burial lot not to exceed $300 in cost.
     Moneys in the Monroe County Savings Bank and the Rochester Saving bank is bequeathed to the son, Walter A. O誰eill. He shares equally with a daughter, Cassie Malone of Victor in the residuary estate.

PRATT, RICHMOND P.

R.P. PRATT, JR., SEEKS DISCHARGE FROM DEBTS
     Creditors of the bankrupt Manchester Banking company, being made up of Richmond P. Pratt, Sr. and Richmond Pratt Jr., have been notified by Referee in Bankruptcy Mark T. Powell that Richmond P. Pratt Jr. has asked the court to be discharged from his debts, individually and as copartner.
It is ordered that a hearing on this question shall be held before Judge John R. Hazel in Buffalo on Tuesday. February 7, and that all known creditors and other persons interested may appear and show cause why the wish of the petitioner should not be granted.

SMITH, LENA M.

Letter of administration were issued today to Lena M. Smith of Phelps on the $370 estate of her mother, Mary Elizabeth Landon who died in Phelps on December 15. Besides the administrator heirs are two grandchildren, Arthur and Charles Ridley of Phelps.

SWARTHOUT, E. GERTRUDE

Minor B. Swarthout of Geneva qualified as executor of the will of his wife, E. Gertrude Swarthout who died in Geneva on August 29. George W. Hewson, friend, of Geneva, renounced appointment. The will createds a trust fund of $4,000 for three children, Ruby J., Eleanor C., and Paul A. Swarthout, all of Geneva. The income is to be used toward their education and maintenance until the youngest becomes 21 years of age when the trust shall terminate and the principal paid in equal shares to each of the beneficiaries. The residual is bequeathed to the husband.

TROUTMAN, CHARLES P.

Lillian Troutman of Geneva is executer of the $6,000 estate of her husband, Charles P. Troutman, who died in Geneva on December 5. All property is bequeathed to the widow.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS
     Pursuant to an order of the Surrogate痴 Court of the County of Ontario notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against Martin Tuohey, late of the City of Canandaigua, Ontario County, State of New York, deceased, to present the same with the vouchers thereof, to the undersigned, Kathryn Malone and Frank M. Tuohey, the executors of the last Will and Testament of Martin Tuohey, deceased at their place for the transaction of business as such executors, the law office of Frank A. Christian, 132 Main street, South Canandaigua, new York, on or before the tenth day of June 1922.

     Pursuant to an order of the Surrogate痴 Court of the County of Ontario notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against Robert Tyner, late of the City of Canandaigua, Ontario County, State of New York, deceased, to present the same with the vouchers thereof, to the undersigned, ONTARIO COUNTY TRUST COMPANY, the sole administrator of the goods, chattels and credits of said Robert Tyner. Deceased, at the banking rooms of said ONTARIO COUNTY TRUST COMPANY, No. 130 South Main street in the City of Canandaigua, New York, on or before the 1st day of June 1922.
