The people of the state of New York, to Darius Bonnell, residing in the city of Rochester, Pamelia Tripp and her husband Charles Tripp, residing in the town of Dansville, Steuben county, N.Y., Nathaniel Bonnell, residing in the town of Sheffield, Ashtabula county, Ohio, and Perthania Tripp and her husband Zina Tripp, residing in the town of Watson, Lewis county, N. Y.n heir at law and next of kin of Nathaniel Bonnell, late of the town of Waterloo in the county of Seneca, deceased, greeting:
Whereas Isaac Mosher, one of the executors named in the last will and testament of said Nathaniel Bonnell deceased, has this day applied to John Morgan, surrogate of the county of Seneca, for proof of said will: you and each of you are therefore hereby cited to appear before the said surrogate, at his office in Seneca Falls in said county, on the sixth day of September uext, at ten o’clock in the forenoon, to attend the probate of said will, which relates to both real and personal estate.
