Inventory and appraisement of the estate of Jacob Neubright, of Lima was filed Wednesday in Allen-co probate court by Dora Neubright, executrix. The report listed assets totaling $3,080. the appraisers were, A. D. Neuman, W. C. Brenneman and Val Heil.

Appointment of E. S. Berryman as administrator of the estate of William O. Post, of Spencerville, who died Jan. 29, was made Wednesday by Judge J. H. Hamilton in Allen-co probate court. the estate has been estimated at $26,500. Bond in the amount of $33,000 was provided by the administrator.

Inventory and appraisement of the estate of Owen Russell, of Auglaize-tp, was filed Friday in Allen-co probate court by John Warner, executor. The report listed assets totaling $1,868.88. Appraisers were William Contris, Lewis Fetter and Guy LaRue.

Appointment of Elzie D. Haley as executor of the estate of Etta Estep, operator of the B. & O. Coffee shop, who died in Lima on Jan. 23, 1932, was made Thursday by Judge J. H. Hamilton in Allen-co probate court. The estate has been estimated at $3,300.

E. H. Johns, executor of the estate of Elias Johns, deceased, has filed his account of final distribution.

Mrs. Lucy Schenk, has been appointed guardian of  Fairy Wilson, 10, heir of Don W. Wilson, deceased. The child has an interest in real estate by her grand-father, James L. Wilson, late, money in bank and from war  risk insurance. Her father was a soldier who made the supreme sacrifice in the world war.

Mrs. Harriet L. Wilson, has been appointed administratrix of the estate of her husband James L. Wilson, who died May 21 last. The estate consists of $2,575. Two sons, two daughters and a grand-daughter, share the estate. David H. Tolzn, R. W. Poling and George Logan named appraisers.

Mrs. Mollie Edgecomb, Beaverdam, has been appointed executrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Madison Edgecomb. The estate consists of $2000 in personal property and $19,700 in real estate. After a few minor bequeaths, Mrs. Edgecomb inherits the entire amount. Alba Edgecomb. William Edgecomb and J. C. Yant were named appraisers.


June 4, 1920

Thomas P. Doyle, and James Doyle, both of Lima, have been appointed executors of the estate of Michael Doyle, late of 692 N. Elizabeth-st. The estate consists of $1,042.11 in personal property and $23,500 in real estate. Thomas Shanhan, Timothy McAulisfee and Thomas O'Brien were named appraisers.

Harry E. Mechling, 530 S. Main-st, has been appointed administrator of the estate of William M. Mechling, deceased, late of Lima. The property consists of $350 in personal effects and $2000 in real estate.

A valuation of $29,346.89 has been placed on the estate of the late Mary Ella Maltbie, of Shawnee-tp, who died three weeks ago, according to the inventory and appraisement filed Thursday in common pleas court by C .N. Breese, administrator. The appraisement was made by E. O. Steiner, I. W. Green and E. O. Zurmehly. Of the entire amount, $28,495 is in securties,$ 21,00 of which is in government bonds, the remainder being in cash and notes.

Marion E. Johnson, administrator of the estate of the late Show Johnson, filed an inventory and appraisement in probate court Friday, listing assets at $1,607, most of which is in securties. The appraisement was made by B. J. Carlton, G. S. Enslen and Carl Swick.

Estate of Ben F. Holmes, former resident of Amanda-tp, was valued at $1,379 in an inventory filed Thursday in Allen-co probate court by Edward J. Kieswetter, Lester Miller and George Brenneman, appraisers. The principal part of the estate was $1,000 worth of stocks and bonds.

The estate of E. H. Irvin, Elida, personal property, according to a will filed in probate court Friday, amounted to $ 35,000 in real estate and $ 2, 400 in personal. Edward A. Irvin, a son, was named executor. According to provisions set forth in the will some of his property is to be sold and divided among eight children. His widow is given a life interest in the remainder.

John F. Lindemann, Delphos, was appointed executor of the estate of James F. Ford, late of Marion township, who died January 1, in probate court, Monday. The estate consists of $ 1,000 in real estate. Appraisers named were Edward J. Ford, James Renner and Mark Lindemann.

The estate of the late Rev. Isaac N. Kalb, Methodist circuit rider and preacher for the last half century, amounted to $4,143.31, according to an inventory filed in probate court Friday. The amount consists of money and securities. By the terms of his will, all property goes to his widow, Mrs. Jane Meyers Kalb, 131 N. Metcalf-st.

T. A. Kitchen of Bluffton, was today appointed administrator of the estate of Adam Bame, late of Bluffton, deceased. The widow, three sons and a daughter, will benefit.
The estate amounts to $5,120, of which $4,920 is real property.
Kitchen gave bond in the sum of $400, with A. D. Hall and M. J. Stough as sureties.

An Inventory and appraisement of the estate of the late Henry W. Beckman of Delphos, has been filed in the Allen county probate court.
William J. Steinle, William L. Irick, Jr., and F. C. Leing were appraisers. The whole is set at $84,113.57.

Application was filed today In the probate court of Allen county for the appointment of a trustee of Item No. 2 of the will of Mary C. Eubel, admitted to probate on November 9, 1915. The sale of real estate in the same amounted to $1,500. Charles B. Lynch was appointed and gave bond in the sum of $3,000.

Mrs. Bessie P. Harrod, of 1135 West Market street , was appointed executrix, without bond, of the estate of her husband, C. C. Harrod, deceased, in probate court this forenoon. The will of the deceased was probated in court today.
