Mrs. Lucy Schenk, has been appointed guardian of  Fairy Wilson, 10, heir of Don W. Wilson, deceased. The child has an interest in real estate by her grand-father, James L. Wilson, late, money in bank and from war  risk insurance. Her father was a soldier who made the supreme sacrifice in the world war.

Mrs. Harriet L. Wilson, has been appointed administratrix of the estate of her husband James L. Wilson, who died May 21 last. The estate consists of $2,575. Two sons, two daughters and a grand-daughter, share the estate. David H. Tolzn, R. W. Poling and George Logan named appraisers.

Mrs. Minerva Brown, Harrod, has been appointed guardian of Richard, Anna Levaun and Stanley Monroe Zimmerman, minor children of Opal Zimmerman deceased, late of Auglaize-tp. The children have $400 in cash and 30 acres of land in Augalize-tp.
