Funeral services for Mrs. Matilda C. Becker, 34,
who died Monday night at St. Rita's hospital, Lima were to be held at
9:30 a.m. Thursday in St. John's Catholic church. Burial will be in St.
John's cemetery. The body has been removed from the B. L. Jauman
funeral home to the residence of her father, John Brabant, E. Sutoff-st.

Delphos
Funeral services for Joseph Murray Sr., 69, who
died Wednesday at his home, S. Cass-st, will be held at 9:30 a.m.
Saturday, in St. John's Catholic church, with burial in St. John's
cemetery. Mr. Murray was car foreman at the Nickel Plate railroad shops
for many years. At the time of his death he was on the pension list of
the company. He worked practically all of his life for the railroad
company.

Mrs. Catherine Stemen, 71, of
Delphos, Route 2, died at 9 p.m. Thursday at her home after an illness
of two weeks. Mrs. Stemen had suffered a stroke two weeks ago. She is
survived by a son Dwight, with whom she resided, one daughter of Elida:
two brothers, of Pickerington, and a sister of Patuskala, and one
grandchild. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the
Morris chapel, of which she was a member, with Rev. R .C. Hurley,
pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Salem cemetery, two miles south
of Gomer. The body will be removed late Friday from the Huffer funeral
home to the residence.
