David Gallagher
A short illness from pneumonia terminated in the death of David Gallagher, a well known employee of the Solar Refinery, at his home on north Union street, Wednesday. The deceased was just 38 years of age and was in the prime of active vigorous manhood when attached by the disease. Gallagher is survived by an aged mother, Mrs. Edward Gallagher, one brother William and three sisters, Ellen, Catherine and May. Funeral services will be held at St. Rose church, Saturday morning at 8:30. Interment at Gethsemani.

Harvey Gaskill
Spencerville - Harvey Gaskill, 82, carpenter and farmer, died of apoplexy at 5 p.m. Wednesday at his home, Route 2, Spencerville. Mr. Gaskill was a member of Amanda Baptist church, east of here and had resided in the Conant community for more than 30 years. He was born Jan. 11, 1871 in Allen county, to Elijah ans Abeline (Bowers) Gaskill.
Surviving are his widow, Rosa (Meeker) Gaskill; seven daughters, Mrs. Tom Counts. Mrs. Earl Smith, Mrs. Dale Patton and Mrs. Homer Griggs, all of Spencerville; Mrs. Price Vorhees, Celina; Mrs. Carl Imler, Columbus, and Miss Marjorie Gaskill at home; two sons, Earl and John, both of Route 2, 31 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren, a brother, Charles, Spencerville, and two sisters, Mrs. Dora Shanks, of near Lima and Mrs. Jane Briggs, Route 2 Spencerville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Christie Chapel Methodist church four miles east of here with burial in the Amanda Baptist cemetery. The Rev. Peter Weaver will officiate. The body will be removed from the C. B. Miller and Son funeral home to the residence Friday afternoon.

Lawrence Gaskill, 31, of 795 S. Elizabeth-st, died at noon Thursday in Memorial hospital from complication, following a two weeks illness. He was a native of Amanda-tp. Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Gaskill, 795 S. Elizabeth-st, and a sister, Gladys, at home. The body will be removed from the Bowersock and Chiles funeral home to the residence Friday evening. Burial in Hartford cemetery.

Samuel Gaskill
Time and place of funeral services for Samuel Gaskill, 68, who died Monday in Memorial hospital, have been changed to 3 p.m. Thursday at the Grace Methodist church. Rev. E. J. S. St. Louis will conduct the rites and burial will be in Hartford cemetery, west of Lima, with arrangements in charge of the Chiles and Son funeral home. Mr. Gaskill is survived by his daughter, Mrs. Bert Henderson of Lima, two sisters and two brothers. The body will remain at the residence, 795 S. Elizabeth-st, until the time of services.

Joseph F. Geiger
Joseph F. Geiger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis A. Geiger, died today at 12:30 o'clock at the residence of the parents, 138 east Eureka street. The little fellow who was only two years old had been sick just five days with summer complaint. The funeral services will be held at the residence at two o'clock Thursday afternoon, services being conducted by Rev. Schwertner. Interment at Gethsemani cemetery.

Fred Geise
Delphos -- Funeral services for Fred Geise, 67, will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, in St. John's Catholic church with burial in St. John's cemetery. Geise was killed instantly Tuesday afternoon when a Pennsylvania railroad passenger train struck the car he was driving at the Old Dutch road crossing, east of here.

Funeral services for Miss Sarah E. Gensel, 67, who died Friday night in the home of her brother, James W. Gensel, 1067 W Market-st, following a brief illness, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the Christian church at Lafayette. The Rev. Bassett will officiate. Burial in the Lafayette cemetery. Death was attributed to pneumonia. Miss Gensel is survived only by her brother.

Virginia Gesler
Virginia (Ginny) Gesler, 68, of Lima died on June 4, 1990 at 1:00 p.m. at her residence after an extended illness. She was born 21 Jan, 1922 in Lima, the daughter of Cary F. and Nora Chambers Shepherd. On the 29 May, 1941 she married Leroy (Punch) Gesler who survives. Mrs Gesler was a former nurse in the Offices of Drs. Talbot and Noble and Dr. J C. Chung. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Lima. Survivors include a son Dennis L Gesler of Lima; three daughters Mrs Thomas (Nancy) Bowerman of Lima, Ms. Melinda (Mindy) Barhorst of Botkins ,and Mrs David (Mickey )Hoffer of Angola, IN: eight grandchildren ; and a sister Mrs. Betty Farler of Lima. Services will be at 1:00 p. m. at The First Assembly of God Church, Rev.Jerry Hall Officiating. Burial will be in Bluelick Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.

Fred Gillham
Fred Gillham, 60, died at his residence, 404 S. Metcalf St., Monday following a cerebral hemorrhage. he ahd been ill only a few housrs. He was a native of Lincoln, Ill, and is survived by his wife, Ida Gillham; fou daughters, Mrs. Gertrude Petterson, of Chicago; Mrs. Tom Daley, 404 S. Metcalf-st; Mrs. Homer Parker, 707 Faurot-av, and Mrs. Carlton Shealey, 918 N. Metcalf-st.; a brother, W. O. Gillham, of Scoby, Mont.; a sister, Mrs. John Nicoline, 506 W. Vine-st. and the mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Gillham, 404 S. Metcalf St. The body was to be removed Tuesday from the Davis-Miller and Son mortuary to the residence, where funeral services will be held at 2p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Otis Harter in charge. Burial will be in Woodlawn cemetery.

Robert H Glover
The funeral of Robert H Glover, who died at his home, 116 west Elm street, at 12:40 o'clock Sunday, afternoon, was held from the chapel in the Williams and Davis undertaking parlors this morning. The funeral was private. Burial was later made In Woodlawn cemetery. Mr. Glover died after an eight-months Illness with tuberculosis. He was born In Virginia October 25,1886. Besides the widow, the parents, Mr. and Mrs. John T. Glover, three sisters and two brothers survive.

Frederick S. Goodman, 82, who died this morning at his home in Shawnee township will be buried Friday at 2 o'clock. Services will be held at his home. Rev. Brewer, of Elida will officiate. He was a retired farmer, living with his daughter. Another daughter, Mrs. Daniel Moyer, Arkansas, survives. Burial in Shawnee cemetery. He was born in Ross Co, Oh., Jan. 12, 1836 to Peter and Dianna Shafer Goodman.

Marion Goodwin
Marion Goodwin, 86, retired grocer, died at 8 a.m. Saturday at his home after a week's illness. He is survived by two daughters, Miss Fern Goodwin, at home, and Mrs. Harold Fisher of Lima, and a half sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Roller of Elgin and a grandchild. The body will be removed Saturday afternoon from the David Miller and Son funeral home to the residence, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Rev. E. J .A. St. Louis, pastor of the Grace Methodist church, of which he was a member, will officiate. Burial in Woodlawn cemetery.

Minnie Gouldourer
Mrs. Minnie Gouldourer, of east Kibby street, died last evening at 9:20 o'clock of pneumonia. Deceased was born in Hanover, Germany, December 10, 1861, and came here about eight years ago. The funeral will be held from the German Reformed church Friday afternoon at two o'clock, and the burial will be in Woodlawn. She leaves a husband and mother to mourn their loss.

Harry H. Grafton, 75, 523 Holmes- av, retired oil man, died at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday at his home following an illness since last October. Born in Cass-co, Mo., he had lived in Lima since he was 18 years of age and retired from the Solar Refinery after 25 years of service. He was a charter member of the local Moose lodge .Surviving are his widow, Ella; one son Donald Jack Wisher at home, two brothers James and Park both of Lima; one sister, Mrs. Nora Martin, Lima. The body will remain at the Davis Miller and Son funeral home for services at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the cathedral chapel with Rev. C. F. Fogle officiating. Burial in Shawnee cemetery.

Ronald Lee Graham
Lima -- RONALD LEE GRAHAM, 76, formerly of Lima, died Dec. 11, 2006, at his residence. He was born July 11, 1930, in Massillon to Lee Edward and Wilma L.. Miller Graham, who preceded him in death. He married Sarah Feltner. He then married Barbara Smith, who survives. Mr. Graham was retired from Northfolk Southern Railroad. He was a member of the United Methodist Church at Orange City, Fla., and a former member of Forest Park United Methodist Church in Lima. He was a Marine veteran. Survivors also include two sons Ron (Daphne) Graham, of Spokane, Wash., and Keith Graham, of Lima; a stepson, Craig Doyle, of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; a daughter, Sandra Graham, of Lima; a stepdaughter, Cindy Joseph, of Lima; 16 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Services will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday at Chiles-Laman Funeral Homes, Lewis Eastside Chapel. The Rev. Larry Hopkins will officiate. There will be no visitation.

Douglas Gray
Clarence Robinson
Columbus, Oct. 11.— Douglas Gray, twenty-three, and Clarence Robinson, twenty-seven, colored chauffeur, were killed when the Stutz racing car in which they were riding, while testing it prior to the scheduled races at the Columbus Driving park, turned over after it "blew" a tire. Gray's skull was crushed and Robinson's right side crushed and his skull fractured. Gray is said to have owned the Stutz racer in parnership with Walter Rowlands, nephew of Charles H. Rowlands, by whom Robinson was employed, whose home also is in Lima. Gray was not married and was a son of A. L. Gray, president of the Houch Wire Wheel Manufacturing company of Buffalo, N. Y. Mrs. Grigsby was a former employee of DWG Cigar Corp. and The Leader Store. She was a member of St. John's Catholic Church. Survivors also include one son, James W Grigsby of 1575 Beery Road ; a daughter. Mrs. William (Margaret) Wheeler of 325 Bryn Mawr. seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Vondale Steele and Norma Githens. both of Lima. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 30 a.m. Thursday at St. John's Catholic Church . Burial will be in Gethsemani Cemetery.
