Michael Kane
Michael Kane, 61, dropped dead at the Lima rescue Home at 5 o'clock Saturday evening from chronic-alcoholism. He was taken there at 10 o'clock in the morning by his brother-in-law, W. R. Ayers, 269 east McKibben street. Mr. Kane had been working at the Tom Doyle restaurant and became ill last Wednesday. On Friday Dr. Murphy attended the man at the home of his brother-in-law, Mr. Ayers. He did not seem very sick during the day and died very suddenly while sitting in a room talking to other men. Dr. Murphy was called an pronounced it chronic - alcholism. The body was taken to the Williams and Davis morgue and prepared for burial. Besides Mr. & Mrs. Ayers, he leaves one brother John Kane of Huntington, Ind., and one sister Maggie Boley of Delphos. He has an aged step-mother living in Delaware. Burial in Gethsemani cemetery.

John H. Kersker
John Henry Kersker, formerly a popular locomotive engineer of the C.H. & D road, died quite suddenly this morning about 4 o'clock, his fatal illness being of brief duration. Shortly after 9 o'clock Thursday night he became seriously ill and death relieved his sufferings a few hours later. The remains of the deceased have been taken to the home of relatives and the funeral will be held from St. Rose church Saturday morning at 8:30 o'clock. Interment will be made in Gethsemani cemetery.

George W. Kerr
George William Kerr, 80, a lifetime resident of Allen-co, died early Wednesday in a Toledo hospital. He is survived by his wife, Flora, at the family residence at 618 Madison-av; three sons, George W., of Lima Route 6, Walter F, of 1006 N. Elizabeth-st, and Virgil F., of 620 Madison-av, and a brother, James Kerr, of E. Elm-st; 11 grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. The body will be removed Friday morning to the residence to remain for services at 2 p. m. Saturday. Rev. E. J. A. St. Louis will conduct the rites and burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery. Arrangements are in charge of the Lewis funeral home. Six grandsons will act as pallbearers.

George W. Kiggins

William Klatte
The body of William Klatte, son of John Klatte, who was killed in a collision on the Canadian Pacific railroad at Moose Jaw, Canada, is expected to reach Lima Wednesday night. The funeral party, consisting of the widow and three children, and her father, Mr. Williams, started from Moose Jaw last night. Two days and two nights will be consumed in making the journey. The body will rest at the home of his father at 510 North Jefferson street. Funeral arrangements will be announced following the arrival of the body in Lima.

Mrs. Lucy C. Klefeker, 69, wife of S. B. Klefeker, died Monday morning at the residence of her son Harry Spade, 519 west Eureka street of complication of diseases. Besides the husband, she leaves three sons; Harry Spade of Lima; Walter Klefeker, Lima, and Charles Klefeker of Newark, N. Y., 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. The deceased was a member of First United Brethren of this city and was well known in social circles of the church. Funeral arrangements will be announced later.

Marcel Koehl
Marcel Koehl, 67 years of age, for the past 35 years a resident of Delphos and engaged In business in that city for a quarter of a century, was found dead in bed at his home yesterday by his daughter, Mrs. Lenora Burnett. Death was due to dropsy and the grip. He had only recently returned from St. Joseph 's hospital at Port Wayne, where he had been for treatment.
He was the father of Mrs. Robert Black of 212 north Union street and was born in Maurer Minster, Alsace, and served as an officer in the French army. He conducted a bakery. Mr. Koehl was a member of St John's Catholic parish. Of the eight surviving children, all reside in Delphos, save Mrs. Black and Prank Koehl of Canton. Funeral services will he held Friday morning at 9 o'clock at John's Catholic church in Delphos. The body will be laid to rest beside the grave of his wife who died last April and who rests in St John's Catholic cemetery.
