James McCoy of St. Marys, found guilty of robbing the Glass Block Co store, was sentenced by Judge W. C. Layton to the Ohio penitentiary for an indeterminate sentence. Frank Harris, for stealing chickens, was also sentenced to the penitentiary.

Garnet Knott vs Charles Knott - divorce granted, grounds of extreme cruelty and gross neglect, restored to her maiden name of Garnet Chesbrough.

Wapakoneta. O., Feb. 1.—Mrs. Opal C. Brown, formerly Miss Opal Gates filed suit for divorce from her husband Ferd E. Brown, who, as the owner of several race horses, has followed the minor circuits for the past two years. She alleges gross neglect and extreme cruelty and charges he has squandered  on the races practically all of the money he inherited three years ago.

ST. MARYS — Declaring his wife Elizabeth , an "inveterate and habitual card player" and that she plays for "large sums of money." Spencer Musser has filed a divorce petition.
He asks also for the custody of their
six-year old child. The principals live toward the eastern end of Auglaize-co.
