LISBON,
July 17 (Special)-- Mrs. Carrie Mae Endley, widow of George Endley,
died Saturday at 4:40 p. m. in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Helen
Lewton of Jerome St., following a long illness. She was 84.
Born
here, May 22, 1866, a daughter of Absalom and Mahala King, she lived
here all her life. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church for
over 56 years and belonged to the Women's Bible Class. Her husband
died in 1931.
Besides
her daughter, Mrs. Lewton, she is survived by three brothers, Judson
Kind of Lisbon, John King of Massilon, and Charles King of Englewood.
Calif., four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two
great-great-grandchildren.
Services
will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Ells-Leggett Funeral Home by
Rev. Paul T. Gerrard.
