Roscoe; born in Washington county, Pennsylvania, in 1823; married to Lucy A Stiffee; settled in this county in 1867; son of Obed and Mary Underwood, and grandson of Obed and Nancy Underwood, and George and Francis Myers. They have eleven children, seven living, viz: Jacob, Mary L., Nancy E., Leroy, Dora B., Rebecca J., and Lewis
