EASTON

Louisa M Eston was granted a divorce from Cornelius V. Easton by Judge Ely in probate court Friday morning on the ground of gross neglect of duty. She was awarded the custody of the children. C.O. Turner represented the plaintiff. The case was not contested, the whereabouts of the defendant being unknown.

MRS HARRY URBAN SUES FOR DIVORCE

Marie Urban has commenced suit in probate court against Harry Urban asking for divorce, alimony and custody of the two children. They were married August 27, 1907. The plaintiff charges her husband with wilful absence for more than seven years and failure to provide. Lloyd S. Leech is her attorney.

KINNER

NOTICE
John Kinner, whose residence is unknown, is hereby notified that Lenah Kinner, of Coshocton county, in the state of Ohio, did on the 29th day of February, 1860, file her petition in the office of the clerk of the court of said county, charging the said John Kinner with extreme cruelty to the said Lenah Kinner, and asking that she may be divorced from the said John Kinner, which petition will be for hearing at the next term of said court.
