Mrs. Fanny Gallup, 56, prominent in social and club life here, died suddenly at her home on Wayne street this afternoon. [Cleveland Plain Dealer, Feb 1, 1917]



Mrs. Emily A. Grob
Tuesday, January 15, 1952
   Mrs. Emily A. Grob, 74, 515 Scott-st, wife of Emil W., died early Tuesday at Memorial Hospital following an illness of several weeks.  A life-long resident of Sandusky, Mrs. Grob was a member of the First Reformed Church; a member and past matron of Eleanor Chapter, Order of Eastern Star; past worthy high priestess of Firelands Shrine, No. 43, White Shrine of Jerusalem; past president of the Associated Business Women's club and a member of the Shrine Auxiliary.

   Mr. and Mrs. Grob observed their 50th wedding anniversary on Sept. 18, 1951.  Surviving in addition to her husband, are two daughters, Miss Helen Grob, at home, and Mrs. John Jorgensen, Jr., Chicago; two grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Al Husted of Toledo.  Mrs. Grob was preceded in death by two sons, Fabian J., and Captain Richard Grob, the latter in recent Korean action.
   Friends may call at the Lutz Funeral Home after noon Wednesday, where services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, the Rev. Walter S. Rickard of Cleveland, officiating.  Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.

Saturday, January 19, 1952
   Rites for Mrs. Emily A. Grob, wife of Emil W., were held Friday afternoon at the Lutz Funeral Home, the Rev. Walter S. Rickard of Cleveland, officiating.  Burial was in Oakland Cemetery.  Pallbearers were officers of Perseverance Lodge, No. 329, F. & A.M.


Richard Jon Gruelich, Jr.
Wednesday, January 23, 1952
   Richard Jon Gruelich, Jr., seven-months-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Gruelich, Sr., 530 Clinton-st, died early Wednesday at Providence Hospital following an illness of a week.  Surviving in addition to the parents, are three sisters, twins Ruth Ann and Mary Ann, and Deborah, and grandparents, Mrs. Rose M. Gruelich and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Raab, all of Sandusky.
   Friends may call at the Frey Funeral Home after 7:30 tonight, where services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday and at 11 a.m. at holy Angels' Church, the Rev. William Armitage, officiating.  Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

   Rites for infant Richard J. Gruelich, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Gruelich, Sr., 530 Clinton-st, were held Friday morning at the Frey Funeral Home, and at Holy Angels' Church, the Rev. William Armitage, officiating.  Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery.


James Robert Gysan
Wednesday, January 30, 1952
   Services for infant James Robert Gysan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Gysan, Castalia, were held Thursday morning at the Lutz Funeral home, the Rev. Theodore Stellhorn, Jr., officiating.  Burial was in Oakland Cemetery.  The child died Wednesday evening at Good Samaritan Hospital.
