Judge Reed today assigned the following cases for trial Thursday: Henry Kelley vs. the Village of Milan et al., injunction; Caroline Arend vs. Frederick Arend, divorce and injunction, Frederick Stubbe vs. Augusta Stubbe, divorce; Josephine Sattig vs. John S. Sattig, divorce and alimony; Frank Kessler vs. Jacob Breimaier, money only; John Hildebrandt vs. Alta Hildebrandt, divorce; Ella R. Gooding vs. Joseph C. Gooding, jr., divorce and alimony, Amelia M. An answer and cross petition was filed with the clerk of the courts today in the divorce case of John Hildebrandt vs. Alta Hildebrandt [The Sandusky Star-Journal (Sandusky, OH) – Saturday, April 27, 1901]

In the divorce case of John Hildebrandt vs. Alta Hildebrandt, the defendant has filed a notice in the court of common pleas stating that she will apply for an order requiring the plaintiff to pay attorney’s fees and alimony during the pendency of the action.  Judge Reed will pass on the notice May 18. Hearing Continued
The partition suit of Bessie Boos Stuewe, 1511 W. Monroe-st., against George boos and Ameal Boos, jr., of Huron R.F.D., scheduled for hearing before Judge Savord Wednesday was continued until a later date. The plaintiff is seeking a one-third life interest in the estate of Ameal Boos, sr.  The estate is a 104-acre farm near Huron.
