Gallipolis, O, September 15. -- 11 a.m. Col. Lightburn's advance reached Rigley, Va, near the Ohio river, at 10 o'clock last night.
   Passengers on the Marietta & Cincinnati train from the west this morning, reported heavy cannonding in the direction of Ravenswood on the Ohio.
