She was born in Gallia County, Ohio, and had lived in the Akron area most of her life. Mrs. Dorsey was employed at the Firestone Post Office for 20 years and had taught private music lessons for many years. She was a member of Albrecht Avenue Church of God.

She is survived by Anderson, her husband of 52 years; sons and daughters-in-law, Rodrick and Barbara of Muskegon, Mich., Ronald and Lynn of Columbia, S.C.; daughter, Roberta Morris of North Canton; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and brother, Myron Halley of Wilmington, Ohio.

Funeral service Sunday, 2 p.m., at the Hopkins Lawver UNIONTOWN Funeral Home, 3553 Northdale St., one block northwest of the square of 619 and Cleveland Avenue, Rev. Betty Lowe officiating. Burial at Greenlawn Cemetery in Uniontown. Friends may call at the funeral home SunDAY, from 12 noon until service time.
