Esta Berridge Hobson, 88, an Arlington resident since 1959 and a former nurse in Worthington, Ohio, died of a stroke Aug. 4 at Arlington Hospital.
Mrs. Hobson was born in Gallia, Ohio. In 1920, she completed her training as a registered nurse at White Cross Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. From 1952 to 1957, she was a psychiatric nurse in Worthington.
Her husband, Bernard Dyson Hobson, died in 1954.
Survivors include a daughter, Marye M. Hobson of Arlington; a sister, Lucille Todd of Brazil, Ind., and two grandchildren.
