Mr. Morrow, an Army-Air Corps veteran of World War II, was born in Cambridge, Ohio, and moved to this area in 1986 from Syracuse, Ohio. He was a member of Meigs County Planning Commission, the Ohio Power Veterans Employees Association, and was chairman of the Meigs-Gallia-Mason Scouting District. He was past president of both the Chamber of Commerce and Lions Club of Pomeroy, Ohio, and was also a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Mary E. Willis; three sons, Gary E., Pickerington, Ohio, Mark A., Syracuse, and Tod S., New Smyrna Beach; two daughters, Robin A. Robertson, Gahanna, Ohio, and Kim M. Catron, Orlando; a brother, Arthur R., Pompano Beach; and eight grandchildren. Volusia Memorial, Ormond Beach, is in charge.
