Robert Cary bought 27 acres of land of the Symmes Purchase, in 1813, and called it Clovernook Farm.
Within a year, he laid out the first community in the area, called Clovernook, on the east side of Hamilton Avenue. In 1916, Clovernook
combined with Meyerville and Sunshine subdivisions to form the
village of North College Hill. It was incorporated as a city in
1941. It is located just north of
Cincinnati and south of Mt. Healthy.
