Sandusky Daily Star William Fensternacher, of Findlay, who had been ill a year and was supposed to be dead, was about to be buried when he caused a panic among those preparing the body by coming back to life. He may yet recover. Submitted By Newark Advocate Ira Fuller was fatally shot at North Baltimore by Gertie Cromley, keeper of the resort. Fuller entered the place and commenced to smash the furniture when the woman shot him. A. T. and O. C. passenger train struck a buggy occupied by Mrs. Charles Paxon and her fourteen year old son. Both fatally injured. Submitted By Cleveland Plain Dealer Findlay, Jan. 31- John Hough, 66, farmer, died today after a short illness. Fostoria, Jan 31 - Levi Keller, 63, is dead at the home of his daughter, Mrs. George Phillips, near Rising Sun. He is survived by a daughter and a son. Thomas B. Knox, 70, is dead. He leaves his widow, four children and nineteen grandchildren. Cleveland Plain Dealer Fostoria, Jan 18- George W. Church, 67, former city marshal was stricken with heart disease today, dying almost instantly. He leaves his widow and six children. Cleveland Plain Dealer Findlay, Dec 19- Mrs. Elizabeth R. Wilson, 35, died in the Toledo state hospital last night. Burial will be here. Cleveland Plain Dealer Findlay, Feb. 1 - Mrs. John Shaver, died in a local hospital today. Miss Alice McCarty, 48, an invalid twenty years, died today. Plain Dealer Findlay, Mar 29 - Isaac Lozier of Rawson died today Mrs. Harry J. Dove of Benton Ridge, died today Calvin Simonton died today. Cleveland Plain Dealer Fostoria, Sept 2 - Mrs. William Manecke, 74, died today. Fred Frueth, retired farmer, died last night. Cleveland Plain Dealer Findlay, Feb 6 - Mrs. Barbara F. Swab, 72, died at her home in Cass township. Mrs. Caroline Vierling, 70, of Findlay, died while visiting relatives at Clarence City, N. Y. Plain Dealer Fostoria, Oct 18- John J. Aldrich, 54, dropped dead while working at the Fostoria Elevator Co. plant. Plain Dealer Findlay, Aug 26 Adam Greer, 66, is dead here. Plain Dealer Findlay, Nov 6- Mrs. James Campbell, 48 William R. Curtiss, 38 Carl Wileke, 18, are dead. Plain Dealer Findlay, Apr 16 - Adam Reimund, wagon maker, 73, is dead. He was with Gen. Sherman in his march to the sea. Mrs. William C. Watson, 75, died after a week's critical illness. James W. Parish, 71, of Marion township, is dead. Lima Daily News Findlay, O., Jan 29- George W. Robinson, one of the oldest engineers in this country and one of the first engineers on the "Mad River" road, now the Big Four, running from here to Sandusky, died in St. Louis, Mo., last night at the age of sixty-four years. He was from this county. Lima Daily News Findlay- Mrs. Anna Brutch, 75 years old, will leave tomorrow for her old home in Switzerland, where she will spend her remaining days. She will make the trip alone. Lima Morning News The United Press Findlay, August 28- Curtis W. Neal, of Springfield, who came to visit his son, died at a local hospital yesterday from typhoid fever. He was 72 years old. The body was sent to Springfield. Findlay, O, Walter A. Yates, 12, accidentally strangled himself this afternoon at his home in Eagle township. The boy was playing with a long rope, one end of it attached to an apple tree, while the other end was in a knot around his neck While running around the tree with the knot tight, he slipped and fell, and strangling him to death. His parents, missing him, instituted a search and found his dead body. Lima Morning News Findlay, O., Sept 4 - On complaint from others in a boarding house John Owens, who about two weeks ago escaped from the asylum at Toledo, was arrested here Friday and locked up. Owens has an hallucination that some one is going to kill him. He will be returned to Toledo.

Jan 2, 1900 Findlay- Three tramps asked the B & O station agent at Hamler for permission to sleep in the depot that night. The agent refused as it was against the rules, although a man present offered to pay for the coal consumed. The next morning their bodies were found frozen stiff in a box car.

Jan 5, 1900 Findlay - The 4 year-old son of Mrs. Robert Cameron was burned to death. He was thrusting a paper in the stove when his dress caught on fire.
