Charles W. Daniels
Kenton -- Final rites were to be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Sherman-Machey funeral home, Mt. Victory, for Charles W. Daniels, 78, who died in San Antonio hospital Saturday. Born Nov. 8, 1860, in Washington-co, he married Florence E. Ramge on Apr 14, 1926. He lived most of his life in the Ridgeway community. He is survived by three sons and five daughters. Steven Alan Daniels
Graveside services for Steven Alan Daniels will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Otterbein Cemetery in Mount Victory by Pastor Denny Livingston. Military graveside services will be conducted by Kenton Amvets Post 1994 Honor Guard.
There will be no visitation at the request of the deceased. He died Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010 at his home.
He was born May 10, 1949 in Columbus to Leonard A. and Roseann (Ford) Daniels. On May 12, 1973, he married Connie Clement and she died Aug. 7, 2009.
Surviving are two brothers, nieces and nephews; a lifelong friend, Gordon Feasel and his dog of many years, Sadie.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Clara Jean and a brother, Leonard Warren Daniels. He was a retired truck driver. A 1968 graduate of Big Walnut High School in Sunbury, he was an Army Sergeant E5 serving from May 1969 to May 1971. [Kenton Times Feb 23, 2010]

Services for Mrs. Laura Ethel Dill, who died Thursday, will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Siferd's funeral home. The Rev. J. W. Miles will conduct the services. Burial in Memorial Park cemetery. The body is at the home, 503 S. Metcalf-st. She was born Dec. 31, 1891 in Urbana, O., daughter of Wm. S. & Sarah Wilson Mathers. [Lima News, Sep 3, 1933]
John F. Dirmeyer
FINDLAY, Jan, 3 - Funeral services will be hold at 2 p. m. Thursday in the Barnhart funeral home here for John F. Dirmeyer, 83-year-old retired Hardin-co farmer who died Tuesday at his home here from a heart attack. Dirmeyer was born in Washington-tp, Hardin-co and had resided there all his life with the exception of the last 16 years when he made his home in Findlay. He is survived by a son, Jacob, with whom he made his home here; a daughter, and four brothers, George, of Lima ; Hamilton, of Ada ; Charles, of Inkster, Mich. , and Edward, of Dola. He was a charter Washington Grange, Hardin-co, and belonged to the First Lutheran church here. Rev. W. K. Bradley will officiate at the rites and interment will be in Dunkirk cemetery. Kenton -- Funeral rites were to be held Tuesday afternoon in the Price funeral home here for Charles E. Dome, 58, retired businessman with burial in Hueston cemetery. Mr. Dome taught school in the Hardin-co system 11 years before going into business. His widow; his mother; one son; two brothers and two sisters survive. [Dec 2, 1947]
Hepburn, Jan 29 - Henry Drumm, 62, carpenter and bridge contractor, died Saturday at 8:30 p.m. at his home here. Three weeks ago he underwent an operation. He is survived by his widow Mrs. Jennie Martin Drumm, two sons, Walter of Warren, and Pearl of Orwell, two brothers, Wilbert of Hepburn, and Floyd of Galion, and two sisters, Mrs. James Moore of Agosta and Mrs. Pearl McClaren of Hepburn. The body is at the Price funeral home at Kenton where services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Otterbein cemetery south of here. [Marion Star, Jan 29, 1940]
Edgar M. Duff
Word has been received of the death in Jackson, Mich., of Edgar M. Duff, 50, a former Lima resident. His wife survives. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Friday in Kenton cemetery. [Lima News, Aug 24, 1944]
