LAND FOR SALE
In pursuant of the last will and testament of John RULTON
late of Fayette County, Pennsylvania, dec'd the subscriber will expose
to sale by vendue on the 23d day of February next, commencing at 10
o'clock A.M. of the said day, at the house of John Pritchard,
innkeeper in Cadiz, Ohio.
Three quarters of Section 35, T. 9, R 4. Patent bearing date
fifteenth day of September, A.D. 1806.
This land is adjoining said town of Cadiz, Harrison county; forty
acres of the quarter next said town will be sold in lots of 2, 3, 4,
and 5 acres, to suit the purchasers. Terms of sale will be one
half cash the residue in one year. Thomas Fulton, who
lives on the land, will show it to anyone who may desire to see it.
