Georgetown, Ohio, Nov. 6 -- In a well now digging in this town for Mr. John Walker, wood, apparently willow, has been found at different depths since the workmen haver penetrated the earth about eighteen feet. At the depth of thirty-four feet, a small horn, such as horned cattle that now-a-days walk on the surface of the earth, have on their heads, was found in a complete state of petrification - equal in hardness to flint. - Castigator.
