Perry Township   The 2000 census found 2,554 people in the township, 2,021 of whom lived in the unincorporated portions of the township Churches in Perry township include: Pleasant Ridge Church of Christ, Stump Run Church. Streams, rivers, and creeks: Middle Fork Laurel Run, Long Run, Moccasin Creek, Stump Run. Laurelville is a village in Hocking County, Ohio. The population was 533 at the 2000 census. Laurelville is located in Perry Township's southwestern corner, at the junction of Rt. 56 and Rt. 180.
