Guy Santford Johnson, 60, 541 Columbus avenue, died today in Fostoria City hospital following a six months' illness with heart trouble.

Mr. Johnson was born in Jackson, Ohio, June 22, 1886, and was married to the late Catherine Massie in Jackson in 1910.

Surviving are the following sons and daughters: Walter Johnson, Mrs. Bessie Wilcox, Mrs. Doris Clark, Mrs. Allen Bryan, Hershal Johnson, residing in Georgia. Herbert Johnson. and Glenn Johnson, serving in Cuba with the U.S. Navy. He was preceded in death by a daughter, a son, and his wife.

Mr. Johnson was a member of the Church of the Nazarene where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Ira E. Miller officiating. Burial will be in Fountain cemetery. Friends may call at Harrold Funeral Home.
