NEWARK, O.. Oct. 1 -- Chaplain M Life, of the Seventh Ohio Volunteers, this afternoon filed a suit against Rose Lee Burch, daughter of Lieutenant Colonel Burch, of the same regiment, for, $1,000 charging false and malicious libel.
