Dec 10, 1916Bellefontaine, Dec 9 - Mrs. Mary T. Brown died last night at her home in Zanesville, aged 70. She was the widow of Omer Brown, long time merchant there.
Mrs. George C. Wolringer, 62, died suddenly. Her husband and four children survive.

Russell Htcher, publisher of a newspaper at Laurel, Ind., died in a hospital and his body was brought to his former home at Rushsylvania, this county, for burial.
D. A. Simpsom, 63, farmer of near Roundhead, was stricken with apoplexy while working in a field and died.

Mrs. Chester Wooley collided with the wall in a darkened room at her East Liberty home. Her glasses were shattered and pieces of glass were forced into her eyeballs and she has lost her sight.

Hartland Gowey, 89 years old, former mayor and for 33 years postmaster in North Lewisburg, died last night, as the result of a fall. frank Gowey, United States consul to Japan, is his son.
