HAWNBARES

Youngstown, Mar 6 - Because he alleges that while ill with rheumatism, his wife struck him and declined to allow him money with which to procure medical aid, together with her fault-finding, Jacob C. Hawnbares today sued for divorce. He asks alimony. They have been married 36 years and she owns the property.

Seek Reno Divorce
Reno, Nev., Sept 13 - Divorce suits filed:  Emmerson D. Hinman vs. Mamie Hinman, 235 East Boston Avenue, Youngstown, OH; married Sharon, PA, Oct 15, 1935; three years separation.  [The Record-Argus (Greenville, Penn.) 13 Sep 1941, pg 5]


Simon Hartzell, a wealthy farmer of near Youngtown, Ohio, has been forwarded $7,000 of the hard earned profits of his agricultural neighbor, Chester Bedell. A jury found that Chester only a few years ago maliciously prosecuted Simon for burning a barn, but failed to make a case.
