1.  Capt. Austin Badger "War of 1812 was in wars of 1812, 1813, 1814" and a pioneer to Medina County in 1818.  Died 11 November, 1833, (ae 90).

2.  Sherman Bishop, of Weymouth, Medina township "was a pensioner of the war of 1812," died 18 May, 1882.  (ae 82) Weymouth Cemetery.

3.  Chester T. Bunce of York township, died 1880, (ae 84).  "Was an 1812 soldier with Perry."  York Cemetery.

4.  Capt. Elizur Hills, N.Y. Militia (Ontario County, N.Y.).  War of 1812 (Capt.)  Died 3 February, 1833, (ae 65).  He married, 1792, Abigail Codding of Dighton, Mass., daughter of Dr. George Codding, Jr.  (Revolutionary war).  Coddingville Cemetery, Granger township.

5.  John Nichols, died 27 December, 1865, (ae 73).  (Son of David.)  "Was a fifer in war of 1812."  Sharon Cemetery.

6.  Jacob R. Welton, born 2 April, 1796, Plymouth, Ct., came 1817 to Medina County, Ohio, living 1906, died before 1913.  "Was in the war of 1812 under Col. Hoadley, grandfather of Gov. Hoadley of Ohio.  Col. Hoadley was an uncle to Jacob Welton the soldier."  "He substituted for William Warner of Waterbury, Ct.":  Remson Corners Cemetery (probably), or else Weymouth Cemetery.

7.  Joseph Wolcott, of Sharon township, Medina County, Ohio, died there 8 May, 1866 (ae 91) was a son of Captain Simon Wolcott of East Windsor, Ct. (Revolutionary soldier.)  He married 1795 Lucy Hills, daughter of John Hills (patriot in Revolution) Vermont Militia in 1814, pioneer to Medina County, Ohio, 1822.  Coddingville Cemetery, Granger township.1.  David Nichols, died 5 November, 1839, at Sharon, (ae 76), born, 1763.  Was a fifer in the Revolution, Sharon Cemetery.
