Mrs. Helen Jean Grunden, 21, wife of James Grunden, died Saturday morning in University hospital at Columbus where she had been a patient for the past seven weeks. She was born Jan. 31, 1927, the daughter of  Mrs. Cleadus Gray, Celina and Howard Schleucher, Flint, Mich. Besides her husband and parents, she is survived by a 17-month-old daughter, paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Schleucher, Celina and step-father Cleadus Gray. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

Funeral rites will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Pulskamp funeral home where for Martin L. Culver, 62, of Edgewater Park Gardens, in charge of Rev. C. W. Nash, with burial in the Swamp College cemetery. Mr. Culver died early today after a long illness. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Enola (Walls) Culver; his mother, Mrs. Susan (Smith) Culver; one daughter, Mrs. Clarence Myers of Richmond, Ind., two sons, Fred of Celina, and Robert of Richmond, and four grandchildren. The body will remain at the funeral home until after the services.

Funeral services will be held at St. Pauls Lutheran church in Liberty-tp at 2:30 p.m. Sunday for Charles Alt, 64, life-long resident of Liberty-tp, who died at his home from paralysis. Surviving are the widow, Laura Bollenbacher Alt; four daughters, Mrs. Elza Hone and Mrs. Vernon Shinn, both of Celina, Mrs. Gale Butcher, Rockford, and Miss Virginia Alt, Van Wert; three sons, LeRoy, Coldwater, and Robert and Dewey, both at home; his father, Ludwig Alt Liberty-tp; two brothers, Louis, Celina and Peter, Toledo; three sisters, Mrs. Henry Gehm, New York, Mrs. Lewis Linn and Mrs. John Weisnborn, both of Celina, and 16 grandchildren. The body has been prepared for burial by Pulskamps and is at the Alt home. Burial in the church cemetery.

Funeral rites will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Carr and Vale funeral home here for Emor Barker, 78, of Montezuma, with Rev. J.B. Myers in charge. Burial will be made in Pleasant Ridge cemetery. Mr. Barker died Saturday night in Gibbons hospital here from injuries received earlier in the evening when struck by a hit-skip driver in Montezuma.

J. B. Williams, 95, lifelong resident of Mercer-co, died in the Rockford Invalid's home, Tuesday, following an illness of complications. Surviving are three sons, T. E., Columbus; Clarence and Charles both of Center-tp; one daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Wilcott, Santa Ana, Calif. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.

Coldwater , Elmer Elzworth  Brock, 93 Rt. 1,  died at 10:4o a.m. Tuesday in the Van Wert County Hospital He was
born in Darke County on January 16, 1887 the son of Harvey and Emma Sophia Heis Brock. He married
in 1912 to Nellie Stetler , and  she survivies,
Also surviving are two daughters; Mrs . Donald (Wanda) Stein of Lima and Mrs. Harold ( Rose Ann) Kennison of
Celina; eight grandchildren; and eight-great-grandchidren; and a brother Floyd Brock of Fort Recovery. He was a
member of  theat 2:00 p.m. Friday  in  Pleasant View Church of God. Services will be Vale and Stein Funeral
Home, Celina . Rev. Russell Snyder officiating. Burial will be in Swamp College Cemetery.  Friends may call at
the funeral  home after 2:00 p. m. today

SADDENED , BY DEATH IS THE HOME OF MRS. FRANK P. RUSHER
OF HER MOTHER MRS. ANNA SHUSTER
Mrs.Anna  Shuster, aged 80 years, died this morning a 2:00 o'clock at the home of her daughter Mrs.
Frank P. Rusher,215 north Collet Street, after an illiness since Tuesday . Death was due to acute
indigestion. Mrs. Shuster was born in Washington County  January 22, 1831. She leaves three daughter;
Mrs. Frank P. Rusher, at whose home she resided, Mrs. G. D. Guyson, north collet Street, and
Mrs C, R, Overmyers of Michigan , two sons Charles and R. A. Shuster of Ada; and her 
grandchildren to mourn their loss. The funeral services have not been yet arranged .
