ANDERSON -- Earl Anderson has filed a suit in partition against John Anderson and others in the estate of James Anderson, Meeker Terwiliger represents the plaintiff. [Circleville Herald. June 1, 1928 - Submitted by Carla Mascara]

Suit for Divorce
JOHNSON
-- Nellie May Johnson has filed action for divorce from Albert Johnson thru her attorney C.A. Leist, in Probate court. The parties were married in this city April 27, 1925. The plaintiff in her petition avers that her husband is a prothgate, that he spends his time and money on other women, and does not support her or his child. She charges him with abandoning her and his child in April, 1927, and also with failure to provide. She asks the court for reasonable alimony and the custody of her child. Wins $200 Suit
CLAPPER vs. YOUNG -- In the suit for services rendered, the jury in the case of Glean Clapper against John Young in Common Pleas court found for the plaintiff, rendering a judgment for $200. L. P. Henderson of Columbus represented the plaintiff and I. F. Snyder was the defendant. Charles C. Lewis was foreman of the jury. [Circleville Herald. June 1, 1928 - Submitted by Carla Mascara]
