This cemetery is located in the southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 7, Range 2. It lies on the east side of Winters Road a short distance south of its intersection with Route 732. This cemetery is fenced and well kept, however, many of the monuments are broken and effaced from age etc. In the northwest corner of the cemetery is the foundation and two front door-steps of what was originally the Friendship Church

Inscriptions were taken in 1967 and 1968 by Mrs. Don Short.

This is one of the earlier cemeteries of the vicinity, although the land was not deeded for this purpose until 1854. Tombstone inscriptions show that burials were made in the 1820's and mention of it is made in deeds transacted in 1830 and 1841, as follows:
