Katharine L. Oard
COLUMBUS GROVE - Katharine L. Oard, 79, died at 1:45 am Wednesday in Memorial Hospital following a cerebral hemorrhage. Born Sept 2, 1882 at Lancaster, she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Heinz. She was married Oct. 19, 1897 to Noah O. Oard who died in 1939. Survivors include one daughter, two sons, 7 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; one brother, and one sister. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Harris Funeral Home with Rev. Austin Gilleland officiating. Burial will be in the Vaughnsville Cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Thursday.

Noah O. Oard
COLUMBUS GROVE, March 1- Noah O. Oard, 71, a resident of Columbus Grove for the last 23 years, died suddenly at his home at 6:10 a. m. Wednesday. He is survived by his widow, Katherine: two sons, at home; one daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Basinger, eight grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Rimer, of Rimer, and Mrs. Lottie Luce, of Lima, Rev. N. H. Bradley, pastor of the Methodist church, of which Oard was a member, will have charge of the funeral services at 2:30 p. m. Friday at the family residence. Burial will be in Vaughnsville cemetery. The body will be removed from the Harris funeral home to the residence at noon Thursday.

Jane Owens
Mrs. Jane Owens funeral was held at Congregational Church, Wednesday afternoon. Dr. Fletcher, assisted by Rev. Jones, of Gomer, Rev. Garner of Berkely, and Rev. Gougher of this place. Deceased was born in Wales, aged 67 years. Burial in Gomer Cemetery. (Lists attendees)
