Walter Hanson, who has been quite ill with malarial fever, is somewhat better.

Accident - On Monday last, Charles Herbster, son of Wm. Herbster, fell from their barn loft to the threshing floor, striking with his hip on the edge of a shovel and cutting a gash about three inches long, clean to the bone.  The wound was dressed by Dr. Brinkerhoff, and at last accounts was doing well. Mr. Charles A. Uthe, of Uthe & Hiltz drug store, has been confined to his home the past two days, account of sickness.
