Ansel Wood vs. John Stealy
State of Ohio.
Washington County, to wit. Court of Common Pleas, December term, 1809.
Whereas a writ of attachment has lately issued from the Court of Common Pleas, at the suit of Ansel Wood agaisnt the lands and tenements, goods, chattels, rights and credits, monies and effects of John Stanley of Virginia, in a plea of trespass on the case, damages $550, returnable to said December term of said Court of Common Pleas: Notice therefore is hereby given that unless said John appear, file special bail and receive a declaration judgement will be entered against him, and his property attached sold for the benefit of his creditors.
