Guardian's Notice: Notice is hereby given, that the undersigned was appointed and qualified guardian for Christian Lawrence of Wooster township, Wayne county Ohio, who, of old age is not competent to take care of his property, to keep his son Philip Lawrence from squandering the same. Therefore, any person receiving any valuables of said Philip Lawrence, will be held responsible for the same, or taking an property of, or from the farm or dwelling of said Christian Lawrence.

Notice of Petition: To Mary A Crull and John Crull, Indiana, Rachel McFarland, Iowa, the unknown heirs of Rebecca Page, deceased, Hannah Orr, and John Orr, Indiana, James Solomon Thompson, Pittsburg, PA, James Bergen, David Bergen, and Rebecca Bergen residence unknown, heirs at law of James Thompson, deceased.
You are hereby notified, that on the 23rd day of April A.D.,1863, I as administrator of the estate of James Thompson, deceased, filed a p etition in the Probate Court of Wayne County, Ohio, alleging that the personal estate of said deceased is insufficient to pay his debts, and the charges of administering his estate, that he died seized in ??? simple of the following described real estate, situated in the county of Wayne and State of Ohio to wit: A part of the north-east quarter of section twenty, township fifteen, of range twelve, commencing at the south-east corner of said quarter, thence on the east line of said quarter section thrity rods thence west parallel with south line of said quarter section fifty-three rods and one link, thence south parallel with the last line of said quarter to the South line, thence east to place of beginning, containing ten acres.
That Cyrus Thompson, Mary A Crull, Rachel McFarland, the unknown heirs of Rebecca Page, deceased, Moses Thompson, Hannah Orr, James S Thompson, James Bergen, David Bergen and Rebecca Bergen, David Thompson and Jonas Thompson, as his heirs at law hold the next estate of inheritance therein.
The prayer of the petition is to authorize me as administrator of said James Thompson, deceased, to sell said premises for the payment of debts and charges aforesaid. Said petition will be for hearing on the 30th day of May, A.D. 1863, or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard.
