To all legatees, Heirs, Creditors and other to whom it may concern that the Guardianship account of Henry Miller, Guardian of Mary Kniesly, David Kniesly, and Daniel Kniesly, minor children of Sha Kniesly, late of Lancaster county, deceased, has been filed in the Register's office for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration, in and for the County of Adams, in the State of Pennsylvania; and the same will be presented to the Orphan's Court, to be held at Gettysburg, for the said county, on the 29th of December next, for confirmation and allowance.

PUBLIC SALE The Subscribers, Executors of the Last Will and Testament of ADAM SWOPE, dec'd, will sell at Public Sale, the following property of said, deceased, viz. On Thursday, the 22d day of December next, on the premises A TRACT OF LAND, situate in Berwick township, Adams county, adjoining, Abbottstown, containing 87 acres, more or less. Also, at the same time and place, the QUITRENTS of about 50 Lots in Abbotsville. - Also on Friday the 23d day of December next, on the premises, a Tract of Land, situated in Mountpleasant township, Adams County, containing 200 ACRES more or less.
